Senior Patrolling Supervisor

Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Patrolling Supervisor to oversee and lead a team of patrolling staff to ensure the security and safety of an assigned area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patrol schedules, conducting regular inspections, and responding to any security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, supervise and guide Security Patrolling Supervisors and deployed security personnel.

· Conduct regular mobile patrols across assigned areas.

· Inspect security posts and ensure personnel are performing their assigned duties effectively.

· Respond to calls for assistance, incidents and backup requests.

· Monitor and report suspicious activities, security violations, property damage and other incidents.

· Support HSE and emergency teams in identifying potential hazards and unsafe practices.

· Maintain effective radio communication with patrolling teams and security posts.

· Attend traffic accidents and vehicle breakdowns and assist with traffic control and emergency response.

· Ensure security personnel are properly trained, motivated and compliant with operational procedures.

· Follow established incident escalation and reporting procedures.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

· Valid Qatari Driving License, preferably held for at least one year.

· Born in Qatar

· Fluent in English and Arabic – speaking, reading and writing.

· Previous experience in security supervision, patrolling or similar operations.

· Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities.

· Good incident assessment, reporting and communication skills.

· Ability to operate radio and communication equipment.

· Physically fit and capable of performing mobile and field-based duties.

· Ability to work effectively in outdoor conditions and within a shift-based operation.
