Job Description

Summary:
As a Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation packages that attract and retain employees while ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.

Job Responsibility:
- Analyzing compensation data to determine competitive salary ranges
- Developing and implementing compensation strategies and programs
- Conducting job evaluations and market analysis to align compensation with company goals
- Collaborating with HR and management to ensure fairness and consistency in compensation practices
- Monitoring and interpreting legislation affecting compensation and benefits
- Handling compensation-related inquiries and issues from employees

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a Compensation Specialist or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and legislation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) is a plus

Skills Description

Requirments :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in payroll, compensation, or HR operations.
  • Experience processing payroll for a large number of employees and/or multiple client accounts is highly preferred.
  • Previous payroll experience in Saudi Arabia is a major advantage.
  • Practical experience using the Mudad platform is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of payroll calculations, attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and final settlements.
  • Knowledge of Qatar and/or Saudi labor and payroll requirements is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, reconciliation, and handling large payroll datasets.
  • Experience with HRMS/payroll systems is preferred.
