Barista

Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Barista to join our team and help us in providing excellent service to our customers. The Barista will prepare and serve coffee drinks, handle customer orders, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Responsibility:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, such as espresso, cappuccino, and latte, according to customer preferences
- Take customer orders accurately and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation and serving areas
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Process payments from customers and operate the cash register

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of coffee beans, roasting methods, and coffee preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer requests and feedback in a professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in a café or restaurant environment.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making.
• Ability to operate coffee machines and basic café equipment.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are required for 3 positions.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
• Basic POS/cash handling knowledge is an advantage.
• Must be available locally in Qatar and ready to join immediately.
